However, it was Quinn’s performance as Eddie Munson that had fans raving about Season 4. He immediately caught fans’ attention with his affinity for heavy metal music and love for Dungeons and Dragons. Fans weren’t pleased with what the Duffers did with their favorite character, but have their fingers crossed for more to come.

It was a star for Joseph Quinn, even in a supporting role for the entire series. Before that he appeared in various productions.

Overlord (2018) – Out of all of Joseph Quinn’s films and TV shows, this was the very first feature film in which he played a role. Underestimated in many ways overlord was both a war film and a horror film combined (not that war films themselves aren’t a form of “horror”). The film is set in German-occupied France during World War II, when a small group of American soldiers are deployed behind enemy lines to destroy a German radio tower built into a small castle.

Things don’t go as planned, and the surviving American soldiers not only have to somehow avoid the German soldiers, but also deal with what is emerging inside the spooky castle. Quinn is on board as Grunauer.

Set against the backdrop of post-Napoleonic France, the story follows Jean Valjean as he attempts to evade capture by the ever-tenacious Inspector Javert.

Joseph Quinn found time for another major British miniseries, this time directed by Helen Mirren as Catherine the Great. The story followed Mirren’s Catherine as she staved off scandal and intrigue to become architects of contemporary Russia alongside Grigory Potemkin (Jason Clarke). Quinn appeared as Prince Paul in all four episodes.

Makeup (2019)

This was the second feature film on Joseph Quinn’s list of films and television shows. The film, which never received much screen time in America, tells the story of a young woman obsessed with the thought that her boyfriend has been cheating on her. Quinn plays Tom, the boyfriend who may or may not have cheated.

CB Strike (2020)
